The US Air Power has reported that its three B-52H Stratofortress heavy bombers from the 2nd Bomb Wing, Barksdale Air Power Base, La., working out of Royal Air Power Fairford, U.Okay., returned from flights within the Barents Sea area of the Arctic Circle.
“The flight included integration and interoperability coaching with the Norwegian Air Power, in addition to maritime coaching with U.S. Navy P-8s assigned to Commander Process Power (CTF) 67 working within the area,” based on a latest service information launch.
In information launch mentioned that Airmen from the 2nd Bomb Wing are deployed to RAF Fairford to conduct coaching in a joint setting with companions and allies throughout this BTF rotation which started on October 10, 2019.
